1. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened prior to receipt.
2. The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.
3. 3 days return and exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase.
4. The consumer is not entitled to benefit from the exchange and return policy after the expiration of the specified period in accordance with the law of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, which states:

The customer shall bear the cost of returning the products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties.
If the order is canceled after it has been shipped with the shipping company, the customer will bear the shipping costs in addition to the return fees (if any).
Online payment fees may be deducted upon order cancellation.
In the event that an incorrect / wrong product is received, additional shipping service fees will not be charged and the store will be responsible for it.
